Subject: Share Runtime between PC and Mac?

Holli ( ) posted Thu, 09 April 2009 at 5:14 AM · edited Mon, 23 December 2024 at 7:35 AM

I am thinking about to move my runtime folders to an external harddisk. I want to shared them between a PC and a Mac (not at the same time)
Is this possible?

Yes, it should work just fine.

PC cannot read the Mac file system, so you might want to have the PC format the drive.

You can use MACDrive on your PC which will read those files without any problems.

Thanks. But all new harddisks I know of are FAT formatted so it's no problem reading them on Mac and PC.
