For one thing, the main image is for "Sydney Parade" - for Sydney hair, and right below those images is the "Add to Cart", blah blah blah stuff.

Below that are the Sapphire Fox  images, but no "Add to cart" thingie.

OK, so what's the deal? Is this some sort of package deal comprising the Sydney hair stuff AND the Sapphire Fox hair stuff? Or did the promo get the wrong promo images?
Or is the Sydney hair stuff just a promo of its own, with really bad planning on where to put it?

I DO want to buy the Sapphire Fox hair textures. I don't care if the Sydney stuff is included along with it, but I DO NOT want to accidentally buy that instead.

The page is confusing. If that is in fact the Sapphire Fox textures, I can see no reason for the Sydney hair stuff to be there, unless it's a package deal. If it IS a package deal, the Sydney stuff should be BELOW the Sapphire stuff, because after all, it's the Sapphire textures that are advertised, and the Sapphire hair which is in the Read Me.

At any rate, if it's a package deal, there should at least be some mention of that, which there is not. My instincts tell me it's not a package deal and the Sydney stuff is just an ad with an unfortunate placement, but I need to know what's what.

Ok, nearly an hour later and still no answer. I would think y'all should have someone right on top of this stuff, considering this is how you make your money....

Anyway, I went ahead and bought it. Only six bucks after all. I figured if it was the wrong thing, I could always pitch a fit and get store credit. ;-)

But still, that Sydney stuff has no place there, especially a huge picture, ESPECIALLY at the top of the product page. It should be in the "also by.." section.

Incidentally, the poses don't work with the new Sapphire Fox hair redone to fit V4, which you get from DAZ.
I'm not going to complain about that because I make my own morphs anyway, but people should be informed of that now that there's been a new release.

LOL that is weird!  It looks like the vendor uploaded the wrong image when submitting the product!

I'm not staff or anything I just thought I would take a peak out of a moment of boredum, I'm sure they will fix that though, they are always so on top of things!

Yeah, but it's been like that for almost four years and nobody ever noticed? I would think the vendors would have at least noticed and said something.
Maybe I'm just weird or old fashioned though, expecting things to be straightforward and logical. Could be this is just the new way of a modern age. ;-)

I apologize for the delay in getting back to you, but we lost power a few hours ago because our area was hit by pretty bad tornadoes.  I finally made it home, but many from the office haven't been able to make it home yet due to road closures because of trees down, etc.

As soon as the weather lifts over here I will definitely look into this and get with the vendors to get this corrected.

Tornadoes? Wow, I had no idea. I'm glad you're OK though, and I hope the tornadoes didn't cause too much trouble and damage.

It did major damage in Murfreesboro where our office building is located.  It hit on the street we work on, less than a mile away. scary scary.

I just heard a confirmed report of a family with a 3 month old daughter all being killed in this tornado. They are still doing search and rescue so I'm praying no other fatalities.
