This matter is still unresolved. I contacted the credit card company and this is what they have given me:
In order to release a hold, the merchant who placed the hold must fax us a signed letter on their letterhead authorizing H&R Block to release the hold. In addition, the letter must include the following:
-The cardholder name
-The last 12 digits of the card number
-The date of the hold
-The amount of the hold
Have the merchant send the fax to 'Attn: Holds' at 816-817-0956. We will release the hold 24-48 business hours after we have reviewed the above information.

I just wanted to add that the customer support representative I spoke to said that if left alone, Renderosity would not release the amount until June 16. I think that is a bit ridiculous, and now the sale I was hoping to catch is long over. Please, resolve this issue. I have never heard of anything like this before.

I wanted to take advantage of Val3d Buy One Get One free sale, which ends the 25th.
Here is what happened:
Val3d Salome in cart, proceeded through check out as normal. Entered credit card information.
Whoops, forgot I moved and have to go back to fix address...
I hit back on browser and fix address, then proceed forward again. Error! V12
I look at my credit card online and it showed the correct amount is pending, yet when I look here in Renderosity, it showed item still sitting in my cart unpaid. Can I have this fixed before the sale ends? I don't have the cash to buy it twice and get a refund later!
