Subject: Importing /opening a Blend file into a scene.

***Hello again,

I have loaded up the mesh cube, scaled x8 , with the intention of making an
interior scene.
Now I would like to add objects to this.
I have some Blend files but just dont know how to open a Blend file so that the object will come into the cube /scene.

If I open from file menu Blender thinks this is a new scene and opens a new Blender session.

Bet this is so easy will kick myself for asking......yet again !!! lol.

Thanks

Hi blueblott,
If you want import a blend object inside the blender scene you must use
File / Append or Link, then look for your file, choose the file and select the mesh.
I hope it works.
