I haven't gotten the gift certificates for the latest survey, but I was looking through my wishlist to see what I want to get with them and have narrowed it down to two items.

I haven't made my mind up, but I'm leaning towards the dentist room:

Dentist one does look really good, but then it depends which you think will be the most usefull to you + bear in mind the images of it were probably rendered in max.

One question, What survey is this?

Daz Studio 4.8 and 4.9beta, Blender 2.78, Sketchup, Poser Pro 2014 Game Dev SR5 on Windows 8 Pro x64. Poser Display Units are inches

I have the dentist office and it renders very nicely in Carrara.  There is a sample poser render at the bottom of the page.

Unfortunately, my dentist is a bit of a sadist.

Sorry, I meant the one who shows up in my renders.  His female patients tend to squirm a lot.
