You can use a tool as Morph Manager (free ) : you load your cr2 , click on the bodypart then append the"morph targets" and right click to delete the unwanted ones , than save the cr2 - under a different name to preserve the original .
You can find it here:

DAZ used to have a dial cleaner utility for V3 that would strip out zeroed values to reduce the size of the CR2. I never got around to trying it and have no idea whether it was tailored to only work with that figure. I just tried to find it on their website and it's long gone.

Just wondering if theres an easier way to clear custom morphs from a body part. While working on a character, I began noticing the time it was taking to load my scene when I start Poser. So I went in the PZ3 file and for my surprise most body parts had custom vertex and polygon coordinates, taking megabytes over megabytes of space. This probably should happen when you poke a body part with the custom morph tool, or when you apply hair to a body part, but I didn't do either. But anyways, I removed the custom polygon definitions from the file and replaced them with the body part's internal name, and it's all good. But is there a way to clear those custom morphs from Poser itself?
