Hi, does anyone know how to make the flvplayback control accessible? meaning to be able to use the tab key to navigate the play, stop, fwd, back buttons? According to Adobe I should be able to load up a skin and its already set.

"All skins provided by Flash CS4 Professional support keyboard and screen reader access, so developers simply insert the FLVPlayback component on the stage in Flash — no configuration is needed."

This is incorrect. I have tried to load several different skins  and it fails, my coworker tried with her system "fail"
I've managed to create my own playback bar (sorta) and was able to get the tab to work by assigning tab indexs however the flvplayback skins does not allow tab indexing.

I cant actionscript worth a lick so using my playback bar is not an option and the SkinUnderAllNoFullscreen playback was the chosen controller.
Can somone please help me with this or point me in the right direction. Adobe and the forums over there were of no help.

Thanks
Jeff

as far as I've seen that functionality is already available when I've created my flash movies.

Yes, excatly what Adobe says, I have the accessibility option checked, is there anything else that needs to be checked off as well?
Perhaps one of the accessibility options in actionscript.
I just can't figure out why it is not working.

I start off the file new / import video/ go through the wizard and select the skin / open the accessibility window and it is checked off on both options availible. I ctrl+enter to test the movie. it works try tab / space /enter nothing those keys are maniputating the UI.

So then I try to publish it.  it publishes to a html file with the normal flash files included including the playback skin swf.
I run it and the movie plays but the controls only work with the mouse.
The tab key is only moving around the IE toolbar and such.
Does this sound like I'm taking the correct steps?

Thanks
