Poser - OFFICIAL F.A.Q (Last Updated: 2024 Nov 09 6:42 pm)
I believe poser pro has Collada Export
and so does the FREE Daz Studio
as far as how complete it will come into blender?? well
IIRCC blender's collada importer was not working for me in the tests
I tried .
Cheers
1. The following Collada Importer works somewhat, you can get the figure and skeleton into Blender but you'll have to do quite a bit of work to make the imported file practical for use.
teraapi.com/collada4blender/index.htm
2. Blender has a 16 material per object limit. With that in mind you will want to import the figure and clothes as separate objects. Further you will likely have to consolidate material zones for each object to remain within this limit prior to exporting from Poser.

I have two questions please
Is it possible to export a poser figure and its skeleton(rig/armature) to use in blender 3d like how makehuman can be exported using collada and it includes the skeleton.
How can I export a poser figure that is fully dressed, so that all the materials and textures it contains in poser are promptly imported into blender
