Subject: stopping e-mail notifications

I am getting really bogged down from e-mail notifications everytime someone post a new artwork in the gallery, how do I turn this off?

Hi,

Go to MY GALLERY OPTIONS, then MY GALLERY SUBSCRIPTIONS (direct link below) and uncheck any of the boxes that are checked to receive notifications upon upload to that gallery.  Be sure to click the save changes box at the end of the page. 
This should stop these notifications for you.
