Subject: computer crashed from a virus or something

Hello store support

My computer crashed from a virus or something and I had to do  system restore and lost it all, I need to download everything I have bought from you all to put in my programs (Poser, Bryce Adobephoto shop). I had everything on a thumbdrive,  but I gave it to my son after  I got an  1tb exteranl hard drive,like dumbie I never got it transfered  over -- and my son eased my files before I got them transfered over -- I have things on cd disc but I have hundreds of them and I mean hundreds and 95 % of them are not labled as to what I have on them, (not very smart of me)I feel it would save me time  just to have them all reset agin and down load the zip files right on to external hard drive this time.
