Subject: Animating water in a fountain

Hi,

Can anyone tell me the best way to animate water in a fountain. I have the Venice fountain from Cornucopia and would like to show the water flowing. I thought about Realflow but would like to try it in Vue. Most of my animations are flyovers.

Any suggestions greatly appreciated.

How about animating the material? Have some variable elements in the material then animate it in the function editor.

Just a thought!

I think as well that animating the material (with transparency in it) is the only way beside programs like Realflow. But I would really like to see the result - if you do that.
