Hello,
Please log into paypal and choose the "send money" option, send the amount due to paymnets@renderosity.com. After you have completed that step, please send an mail to store@renderosity.com providing us with your order # and your paypal transaction ID# so we can verify your payment and mark your order as paid.

I placed an order about 5 hours ago, using part Paypal and part vendor earnings. When I got to Paypal the order somehow screwed up and did not go through Paypal (Paypal had a error - called it a 'glitch in the system' rolls eyes). I've tried repeatedly since to somehow pay the remainder of this order but there is nowhere on the actual order page to pay it. My vendor earnings have been removed but the outstanding balance remains and the order is classed as Unpaid.
Can someone please look into this for me? The order number is 111641077.
