Hi, I´m using poser pro - the latest version (c:Poser Pro) and everytime i try to install the ELITE4FORVICTORIA.EXE file, It doesn´t install and give me always the following message:
**
When Used with Poser TM, "Elite Morphs for Victoria 4" must be installed to the same directory as the application executable; due to restrictions on support file locations.  Please select the directory that constains your Poser executable
**
The poser executable in in directory (c:Poser Pro) i have just looked it to confirm, but always I get the message above...

Does anyone knows what I have to do to install this file ???

Are you sure the Poser.exe file is in that particular path?  I thought that Poser installed under the company name that produced it, in this case, "Smith Micro".  I have Poser 5 and 6 and both installed under "Curious Labs", not "Poser".

Here is my path:

C:Program FilesCurious Labs

Copy Poser Pro.exe to Poser.exe and it'll install just fine.

The installer is looking for a file called Poser.exe and PoserPro has PoserPro.exe so that's why it says it can't find the executable. To get around this, when you run the installer, choose the DAZ|Studio option, it installs the exact same Poser files, it just doesn't look for a Poser.exe, it lets you browse to where you want to install V4.2, which would be your PoserPro folder.

You can just create a text file and rename it as poser.exe. The installer just looks at the file name , not its length or content.
