Does anyone know where I can get bloody footprints in png format>

iSotckPhoto has some for sale in both vector format and flat bitmaps, both of which would be pretty easy to convert to PNG, or just to remove the background in if that's all you need.

That's correct, you can convert any image to png format in PS.
