Subject: How do I get rid of textures/parts in Poser 6?

I have made a character (Preteen V2) in P6 and was just trying to make sure only the character (not the textures and other character information that I tried out) would be in the file.  I have taken out all textures/nodes, but I still seem to show the characters: body parts from other characters such as V3/4 in the materials room.  How can I remove them?  I hope that made sense.  I would appreciate any help given.  Thank you!

save the figure, create a new scene and reload your figure. That should clear any garbage.

Poser regenerates materials slots from any materials entries it finds in the geometries file.  Even if you delete all the materials definitions, the next time you open the figure in Poser it will put the entries back in (even if they no longer have the correct material definitions; for instance purple skin and blue eyebrows).

If you have saved, and re-started Poser, though, you should get only materials for the geometry of the figure you've loaded.
