I don't see this thread going in any productive direction any more, so you might want to lock it before it becomes worse.
I mean, being that just about any thread has the potential to become "worse", I think from now on all threads should be locked the moment there's a disagreement.
Or hell, screw the disagreement part, just lock all discussions that have more than one reply. I mean, you never know what direction they may head in after that. Even several pages of calm discourse can't be trusted. Gotta jump on it and stay on top before something bad happens.

IMVHO there's a good chance of this thread going somewhere, particularly if somebody posts some kind of poser-related info or such.  like tips on how to do stuff in poser.

I still think they are great Sci Fi Armor/Mech Pieces .

Sounds like BULLSHIT to me. and I Was not angry not at all in fact. Mildly annoyed if anything actually.

My theory is he just didn't really read it and might have been set off by Mugsey's penchant for using CAPS ALL OVER THE PLACE, thinking people were yelling and it was time to close it.

I don't think there were any TOS violations in that thread, not any more than a whole lot of threads here have at any rate, and it was also pretty well ON topic.
I mean, considering half or more of the Poser users are using stuff they bought from other people and the other half are making the stuff people buy, it would seem to me that a discussion of that sort is very relevant here.

I only count 9 right now, but I think they should take up a whole page.
But even out of the 9 stickies that are currently here, there are some conspicuously absent. There should be a sticky that links to all the other stickies and possibly a sticky for past stickies and maybe even several stickies as placeholders for future stickies.

 i thought it was a very interesting and highly relevant thread.  Maybe they don't want us to think we will have limitations on what we can do with our own so called "art", because then we might start dropping out from the hobby or not buying as much stuff for it.

Personally, I see zero problems with the public at large seeing the finest in outright assholery - if there were ever an example of what not to do as a business owner, that PoserPros thread was damned sure it.

As for the rest? Meh - Rendo's site, Rendo's rules. Maybe one day they'll allow more than just the tame conversations, or maybe someone will get up a site that does that and gain enough popularity with the thing... who knows?
