Subject: Download reset request

I need to request a download reset for one of the zips that failed to download. My internet hung up and didn't download it .. but, it registers that I had over exceeded the download limit. I reloaded my internet explorer and got the other one with no problem. So, if you could please reset that for me I would appreciate it. Thank you!
