I brought Poser 8 the other day & was just exploring through the program all seems to be working fine except I cannot get any clothing to load on the figures. It says it is loading so I wait awhile but nothing happens is there a particular way this has to be done any help would be welcomed

 Is the clothing in your scene somewhere after you hit load?
If so, click on the conform button (with the clothing selected) and it should conform to your figure if it is that sort of clothing.

Are you sure you are loading the clothing from the Figures library and not the Pose one?

 poser 8 clothes are in the props folder not the figures library, but yes he could be in the pose folder.

I think we really need more information before we make assumption.  Clearly, we need to know which characters you are using and what type of clothing you are attempting to load.  It might be possible you are experiencing an OS problem (particularly Vista or Windows 7 security) rather than a Poser problem.  Please be specific and provide as much details as possible.

 I must say, on occasion  I have accidentally been in the pose folder at times, trying to load clothing before I realized.
I bet that is the problem.
