Subject: Poser 8 sr 2 library suddenly stopped working

when i launch poser 8 sr2 i get the following.

In a text window titled "mainWacros"
ImportError: No module named _numpy

In a pop up message titled "Poser Error"
Error Importing the wxPython API

library appears as a internet explorer window with no web page

I have put in a ticket with SM but i am wondering if anyone else has seen this.
