I wait for an answer!

This is the text:

I received this E-Mail day before yesterday. The other mail regarding payment I did not receive up to now.

Something seemed to be run wrong during checkout.

Please correct the process that I can pay  (paypal or Mastercard) and download the items.

The downloads are pending. I cannot pay. What is the reason?
