Hi all,
does anybody knows the secret of placing the road material, so it follows  the road lenghtwise? And the applied ecosystem (cars) following the longer axis as well. Ive seen couple of pictures like that, but now, when I am trying to do it i am not really succesful...
Thanx...

Regarding the road material, I would say your best bet is to use a bitmap, designed to follow the curves of the road. I mean, really design the curves in photoshop, for example, and then apply it to the terrain or whatever.

Regarding the object orientation, assuming you want to use an ecosystem and not place the objects manually, there was an interesting thread a few months ago. See the link.
