Subject: Installing brushes to Photoshop CS4 Mac

Hi.  I recently bought CS4 (upgrading from Photoshop elements 3) along with a bunch of brushes through renderosity.  I tried installing the first brush into the brushes folder and restarted photoshop, but am at a lose as how to actually find the brush in the new interface.  It's very different from Elements 3.

Any help would be appreciated as I have 37 more brushes I would like to install.  The minimum requirements was photoshop 7 for all the brushes.

Sincerely,

David

Location of your brush sets doesn't matter. You load the brush set from within Photoshop. I'm not a Mac person so I'll show you one way that would be the same technique. With the brush tool selected look up on top and click dropdown arrow to right of brush size. Then click on the right arrow dropdown (top right of brush window) and select Load Brushes.

Are you using the 32 bit version or the 64 bit ?? If 64 bit you have both versions on your computer but most brushes only show up in the 32 bit version very confusing.,,
