Subject: Poser clothes closet with hangers

 Hi,

I 'd like to use poser in order create a closet with hangers where I can hang my clothes for display.
Is there any way that I can find/create a hanger where I can conform my clothes on to and the end result seems natural.

You'll likely need to position the clothes over the hanger and then run the cloth room simulation to get the natural draping you would expect.

A posable hanger is an interesting idea.  The hook might be Chest, and the
two sides would be lShldr and rShldr.....

Clever! I've thought something along the lines of a mannequin and/or dressmaker's dummy rigged with V4's skeleton could be very useful.

I'm sure I have a dressmaker's dummy somewhere. I don't think it was rigged, though - I'm not sure why you'd want to rig a dummy or hanger if they aren't going to move?

For the OP, displaying conforming clothes on hangers would need them to be converted to dynamic cloth first so they can be draped. Otherwise, they'll have too much depth.

There is a dressmaker's dummy at Ness Period reproductions home site, but you can't link to it. You must run a search and then cut and paste the address in. They are weird like that. The dummy is free. http://www.nessrepros.co.uk/
