I've been trying to install it, but no success. I's an .exe package.

It's probably looking for a Poser.exe file & Poser Pro 2010 doesn't have one, create a text file & call it Poser.exe, that will fool the installer & let you get back to what you want to do instead of messing about with installers. ;)
