Poser - OFFICIAL F.A.Q (Last Updated: 2024 Nov 25 12:38 pm)
Is texture filtering on or off? Some textures can become blurry when it is on.
[Edit] Never mind - I just woke up and was lazy. I see from your render settings it was off.
Renderosity forum reply notifications are wonky. If I read a follow-up in a thread, but I don't myself reply, then notifications no longer happen AT ALL on that thread. So if I seem to be ignoring a question, that's why. (Updated September 23, 2019)
I don't know if those skin maps use displacement, or just bump, for the water droplets and rivulets. If they use displacement, you need to switch on "Use displacement maps" in your render settings.
It's by the by, but look at the yellow bloom on your subject's skin, around the specular highlights. That's a sure sign of over exposure... way too much light.

Something else I spotted...
I never used Poser 6, but I would guess that the "Max texture size" setting may force Poser to resample the texture maps to a smaller size than necessary. If your texture maps are, say, 4000 x 4000 pixels, resampling them to 2048 x 2048 before rendering will lose a lot of detail.
I think you should make sure that this setting is at least as high as the highest pixel dimension of your skin texture maps. I think (not sure) that Poser resamples texture maps to specific sizes anyway, but doing this may at least minimise any loss of detail from the original maps.

it´s ok for complete body shots,
