Subject: ah! vickie turned into a bad picasso!

Vickie blew up... .or her left arm did... anyone know about this or how to prevent/fix it? I'm using Poser 8, I looked at the parameter dials and they were normal, I've never seen this particular poser freak out before lol

 It's not uncommon. The only way of fixing it is, as far as I know, to restart Poser.

It often happens when you've had Poser running for a long time without restarting it, it's like Poser gets tired and starts to nod off (sounds insane, but well.. Poser is a weird program in many ways L)

USUALLY the file can be saved and reopened without ill effects after the restart :) You could save a copy of your figure here to the Figures palette so you have a spare - but a simple restart usually fixes this (a reboot of the computer is a good idea, too to make sure you have freed up any memory-blocks that have gone "off")

Thanks, Trekkiegrrrl :) I'd had Poser running for about 8 hours and thought to myself to close and reopen Poser before it started throwing a tantrum.... and Vickie's arm blew up not 2 minutes later LOL

 I hope it helped :) And wow.. 8 hours isn't much (well depending on what you've been doing in Poser of course) mine  usually does this after a couple of days only...  But I've seen it often enough and it's ALWAYS when you just want to finish something or do a quick test or the like... >_<
