Hey All, Does anyone know where I can find some high quality American Eagle reference images to use for 3D modelling?

Many thanks,
EW

Yeah, google has been extremely useful nearly every time I need reference pics for a modeling subject, including some that are long vanished.

Already tried that guys, I would just post on here without trying that first 😄 haha.

None of what it's returning are reference images you can use for 3d modeliing though, and by that i mean orthographic views of an eagle.

I kinda know what you are going through. For my current project I am building a model of Saltair 1, a long-vanished Victorian era resort and pier that used to be on the Great Salt Lake. There are some photos from that era that are available from digital archives, but no dimensional drawings, elevations or plans survive. I'm making progress though. Sometimes you just have to "wing it". ;-)

Hey, I did some checking and came across a cool eagle reference book for artists and sculptors at Amazon.com. I might even buy this one myself! You can look at a preview of some of the pages and it shows a side, top, and bottom view of a bald eagle, which might help you. You might even check your local library to see if they have a copy. HTH.
