Someone else will probably post a better suggestion.. If I'm right, you want to actually shape the head itself to be more oblong, not just the face? I see two options:
Use magnets to reshape the head a bit, and make a head morph out of it (You can then use this headmorph in a program like MorCloth and apply it to hairs and such too. There are plenty of magnet tutorials around.
Export the head part into a 3rd party modeller and scale it. It seems daunting, but is actually really easy to do if you get a hang of it. Especially in a newbe friendly one like Wings (which I've used to make custom morphs) Then you apply the scaled head as a morph, just like you would have if you'd used magnets.. The advantage of this if you get the hang of it, is that you can really customize the shape, beyond just scaling.
If you are willing to dish out a few bucks, RDNA's ultimate morph package for V4 has an oblong morph along with other great facial morphs.
I checked out the RDNA morphs, but did not find anything specific for an "oblong" shape morph. Maybe I looked at the wrong one but I could only find version 1 and 2 for V4 there.
When doing a sculpt in another program, making the head more oblong, will that throw off any of my other morphs I have already done? Also, will it in any way effect the way hair fits on the head since the shape of it will be changing? If so, do I simply re-apply the hair figure and conform it to V4 again. I just was not sure if changing the head shape would mess anything else up.
Thanks.

It's this one:

Have you considered simply scaling the head a little on the Y-axis?

You just can't put the words "Poserites" and "happy" in the same sentence - didn't you know that? LaurieA

I took my own advice and made a couple of morphs using magnets. Does the image above represent the sort of shape you want? If so I'll package the morphs and post them. There are two morphs, one to make the head square and one to make it longer, so you can vary these factors independently.
Actually, it's strange because I know many have different views of what "oblong" is. If you look up the meaning, it is more like what lesbentley points to. However, I have been trying to do more what the "V4 Ultra Morphs 2" does and tried it with fairly good results.
In the end though, I think it will be easier for me to continue learning ZBrush sculpting. I just started using it and need to learn much more, but it will give me the best options around I think since I won't be limited to dials and can free-form the shape more.
Thanks for all the replies.

If you want to PM me here we can exchange emails, I wouldn't mind having those because I work with lots of different face structures. Thanks.

I was seeking some advice on how to shape a V4/M4 head to be more oblong looking. Of course, I have spent a lot of time shaping my head already, but just wondered if there were any means to adjust the shape of the face better than what the dials offer? It seems the top half of the head does not conform as well to an oblong shape and you are only left with making the face longer or trying to get it close. There is no way I can tell to effect the entire shape of the head that way. You do have "heart", "round", "square", etc. but there is no setting for "oblong".
Just wondering if anyone has done this and if there were any thoughts on this?
Thanks.
