Subject: disappeared "Libraries"

Suddenly my window "libraries" is totally empty, do not see anything, not even program icons. I have not touched anything

Reinstalled poser nothing change

It 's really frustrating to try to work with poser, i'm near to leave

Poser Pro 2014 SR 1 on Windows 7 64 bit
 I use IDL, Gamma Correction and EZSkin for all final renders.

Is there any program blocking network/internet activity such as ZoneAlarm or an antivirus?

I have AVG active, but i don't think avg is blocking Poser....

something else ?

Closed and restarted AVG, now is ok.

Poser is very crazy !!!

So AVG caused a problem which affected Poser, but Poser is the crazy one.
