I just ran across this at another site, anyone pick this up yet ? I thought I remembered seeing in a thread that d3d was working on an update to the script included with poser to handle things like GC control etc.. anyone know the status on that ? I'd hate to buy this and have a free version out shortly after.

D3D was referring to the internal script included in PP 2010.  His intention is to provide this update for free.  There has been no formal annoucement when this will be available, and as far as I would speculate, it could be part of a service release.  But nothing as of yet.

D3D said he would be updating the script for Pro 2010, in a thread I started. As far as I know it is not yet available. (edit: sorry to repeat what hborre wrote...)

I snapped up ARS2 when it was released, as it provides control over so many things from one place. The Scene Manager UI is going to be a real timesaver for me, and I also liked the look of the Advanced Render Viewer, but I haven't had time to play with it yet.

There are a couple of UI font and layout issues on Mac OS X Snow Leopard. I've reported these to semidieu and he is dealing with them. But it all works well.

Thanks hborre & IsaoShi, I think I'm going to have to grab it as well.. the interface looks great and all the settings in one place will just be way too cool.

Got it. Love it. Wouldn't do without it.

Especially for the easy-peasy render passes including a superior zdepth, GEOMETRY, and more.

Now if someone would explain just why one would ever want to render a scene as a normal pass like SM added...
