So I have a model I made with xfrog 3.5....I used displacement on it but when I use it in an ecosystem it doesnt seem to show up.....is it just that ecosystems cant do displacement in the models?

It's possible that it is disabled for ecosystems, to avoid OOM.

bruno is answer correct!

But there is a solution.
1.Load your object.

  1. Add displacement material to object.
  2. Right click the object and select bake to polygon.
  3. Save the new object.
  4. Create ecosystem with new object.

In my example a displaced sphere ecosystem 😄

Only if you have infinite though! Bake to polygon isn't available in anything below!
