Subject: How do I import the contents of Poser 7 library into Poser8 SR3?

I want to bring the contents of my Poser7 library into Poser8 SR3.
The poser 8 documentation is so poorly indexed compared to previous versions.
A step by step list would help a lot.
or a location if the information is buried somewhere in  in the documentation

See Page 4 and just ... ADD your Poser 7 Runtime  to your new Poser 8 program.
