Subject: Is it possible to eliminate a moire pattern in a thumbnail?

I'm finding that blinds tend to develop moire patterns in Poser. In a render, I found that drastically increasing the size gets rid of it. Are there any tricks to eliminate it in thumbnails (I'm saving a .3ds file as a prop)?

Render it large and scale it down for the thumbnail?

Turn your antialasing settings wayyyyy up maybe.
