Sure,,we can probably pick up something that isn;t on sale for whatever off the coupon is, but to have when it does not apply to sale or clearance items, for me its just a no go and waste of time.

most stuff goes on sale with much steeper discounts anyway.

Like this month's newsletter "freebie".  You have to spend $10.95 to buy the product to use it on....unless you already own it...  I imagine that leaves a whole bunch of us to go without that one.
