Subject: Dynamic clothing not play well in Carrara 7 Pro

Plutom ( ) posted Sun, 29 August 2010 at 11:27 AM · edited Mon, 05 August 2024 at 7:56 AM

Hi folks, need your help again.  This time it's Poser 8, V4, and her dynamic clothing as well as shoes and Carrara 7 Pro .  Works great in Poser 8. However when I export the .pz3 (not an .obj) into Carrara 7 Pro and run the 30 frames, the figure poses correctly, however the dynamic clothing and shoes (conforming) stay put as in frame one.  Any ideas ( I can't find anything in the manual or tut.  on this).  Jan

DK, where do I conform it in Carrara 7 Pro?  I did move the dress to a Carrara figure submenu under hip (it was originally under body).  However that didn't work.   I do have a work around,  create an .obj out of the dress and shoes and export that into Carrara 7 Pro and then group the obj and resize it to fit the model.  However, if it can be done without that work around---- Jan
