Can anyone, someone, please tell me why, oh why does this insert expletives here marketplace does STILL not have file resume capabilities!!!???  Lets see it's been through ohh.. 3 or 4 upgrades that I can remember.  And yet the one function I  could truly use, being on dial-up, still doesn't exist.   Where's that survey I want to change my answers, as I wasn't thinking at the time I  filled it out.  I (and probably we) want file resume capability!!!  This is the only site I can think of,  offhand, that doesn't yet support it.

Thank you.. and sorry, but had to just get that off my chest after downloading the first of a 3 part series of files from my purchase only to have the file die, and poof now I have to start all over, again.

P.S. And the first person to tell me to move to where there is broadband is going to get pelted with  a series of old modems :P
