I know this is gonna sound wierd, but has anybody ever made a kernal of popped corn and a kernal of un-popped corn? if so can someone one point me in the right direction.

That would be nice.  The last time I needed popcorn I had to draw it in Photoshop.  :)

Yes Sculptris, it should be a free 3megbyte download from Pixologic.com  (ZBrush).  It's extremely easy to learn and you treat the sphere is if it was modeling clay (push parts in, out, deform, then paint it) all in that tiny powerful program.  Jan

There was this package.  You might try sending a site mail to the vendor and see if you can buy it privately or trade a gift certificate to a store of their choice for the value of the package.
