I just peeked at share cg there is one for blankboi but.....is there one for the mill figures?

Most hats work best as a prop parented to the head. Did you try using the ShareCG one and just positioning and scaling as required?

Things like hats, hair, and most props (clothing/shoes) are the exception, will work across all figures with some adjusting of the parameter dials.  Dynamic clothing and shoes require utilities to fit/convert them to fit other figures.
