Subject: FBM difference between Poser 6, 7, versus 8

Hi gang, since I jumped from P5 straight to P8, I am not sure of the FBM changes in P6 and P7 verses P8 morphs.  P8 has incorperated Jessie and Sydney into Poser 8 however, their fbms are extremely limited.  Take for example Jessie's or Sydney's head fbms (ectomorph, mesomorph and endomorph) compared to Alyson's FaceShapes, Ears, Eyeball, Eye Shapes, MouthShapes, LipShapes, NoseShapes, lowerFaceShapes, and UpperFaceShapes menus.  I'll take just one of them, the FaceShapes menu:  Under that menu; Poser has FaceFlat, FaceFull, FaceHeart, FaceLong, FaceOld, FaceRound, FaceSquare, and FaceDepth dials.

The other menus eg nose has around 38 dials for snoz adjustments.

Bottom line:  Does Poser 6 and 7 have other face morphs besides those mentioned above that one uses in the Pose room?  Jan

If I understand you completely, those morphs, as all morphs, are entirely model dependent.  Jessi and Sydney are considered generation 2, or G2, models offered for earlier iterations of Poser. Alyson is the most recent legacy offer from SmithMicro and has more morphing capability.

Yep, that's what I wanted to know.  Jan
