You should also try frozen twinkies (works better in the summer). Just throw a box in the freezer for a few hours. ^ ^

Wow..really? If I did that I'd gain 20 pounds even with the veggies.. lol

Hmm.. Then the people who will do this will then have diabetes.

Yeah it would be dumb to do this long term, but the important point: keeping calories under a certain amount being key to losing weight, stands.

Hmmm I tried the Snickers diet**------it didn't WORK**!!   I saw the interview with the Twinkie diet, for me it probably will work just as well as the Snickers diet.  The guy is a young'n.  When I was his age, I got eat that Twinkie too and not gain weight.  However, now that I tain't no young'n, I gain weight just thinking about it just like RL stated.  Jan
