THE PLACE FOR ALL THINGS BRYCE - GOT A PROBLEM? YOU'VE COME TO THE RIGHT PLACE

Subject: Merry Christmas Eveyone!

It's a little past 4, I thought I heard something strange outside like bells. Probably just my imagination or a dream. So I looked around the house, and what did I find?
A pile of gifts under the Christmas tree. How could this be? Cooper didn't bark once to wake us up, the alarm didn't go off, and nothing else is disturbed.
Wait! There are cookie crumbs on the kitchen table next to an empty milk glass, and two feet away, next to Coopers bed are a bunch of doggie treat crumbs on the floor. This seems a bit suspicious, and I am going to investigate closer, since Coop isn't fessing up. Have a Wonderful Christmas everyone!!

Yes that was fun Rod...I got the Bryce 7 upgrade for Christmas which I'm about to install...anyone remember if we uninstall the old first..seems like that's the way, but in my rebuilding the system I've forgotten the little things like that, trying to remember what was truly important on the old machines.. ...

Once in a while I look around,
I see a sound
and try to write it down
Sometimes they come out very soft
Tinkling light sound
The Sun comes up again

Lovely story, Rod.

Merry Christmas to you, the guys and gals at Renderosity who so such a terrific job for us, and especially to all of you Brycers wherever you happen to be around the world!

Bobby, if you have room on your drive, just for safety's sake alone, I'd rename the old Bryce folder something different than the new Bryce and install the new Bryce to it's own folder - which wshould be installed as Bryce 7.1.

Just install the new upgrade to its own folder and then you have 2 versions to use and swap files from, plus if something goes awry with the new installation, you have the old one to fall back on until the new one works properly.

When all is well, you can delete the older version if you want.

We got quite a treat today, the first white Christmas in the area's recorded history.

Merry Christmas to all!

Different time zone here, Xmas day yesterday. Looking at maybe 28 Celsius to-day and not even a slight breeze.

Merry Xmas to all of you.

Cheers

Merry christmas all!

bobbystahr: the new bryce (installer) will ask if you want it to uninstall the old bryce for you...so watch for that if you don't want it to.

It sure was wasn't it Dan?

I live in Adamsville, out on Hwy 78 just 12 miles NW of downtown Birmingham, so I got the snow as well and I enjoyed every minute of it.

Merry Christmas.
