Do you mean CUDA the high end graphics card that uses NVIDIA's Parrallel Computing architecture to increase performance??
Any such implementation would make poser VERY $$hardware$$ specific
not a good marketing strategy for a hobbiest app IMHO

while Cuda is availible in Nivida cards from the 8600 upwards, better to go with OpenCL which supports Nvida and ATI cards, to which Apple, etc have signed up to support as well.

 

tho I don't expect to see anything like this being in poser until they decide to drop Firefly support and move to another render engine.
