Poser - OFFICIAL F.A.Q (Last Updated: 2024 Dec 03 5:49 pm)
Are you rendering with Indirect Lighting? There is an element of randomness to IDL in Poser, as well as other forms of Global Illumination in other apps that often leaves you with noticeable differences when re-running a render with no changes.

It seems like QM is using either 1) a different set of settings, or 2) a different lighting setup from that used by the internal rendering engine. No matter if I double- or triple-save the settings and the poser scene file -- the results are consistently inconsistent.
Is there any way to verify what QM is reading for its rendering settings at the beginning of a job? I have a 16-spotlight lighting setup for a 'yoga studio' scene -- is it possible that this is too complex for rendering in QM?
Thanks
