Ok so i dont know if this is even avalible somewhere. I am looking for a skinned tiger or (big cat)  I am doing a comic page where the character killes the tiger, then next scene she is dragging him skinned. Any idea where i can get something like this?

I can honestly say that I've never seen one. An idea though...

If you can model a little bit, make a skin shaped mesh, parent it to the daz big cat head and use dynamics for the skin. Just a thought ;o).
