Ok here is the thing.  I have a prop and I have a light.  I have combined the two into a prop file and the light loads with the prop.  So far so good :)

However when the prop moves the light stays where it is.  I can manually parent it of course, but is there a setting in the pp2 file I can add/modify to make the light actuall parent to the prop when it is loaded in?

Hope that makes sense :)

Cheers, John.

In the pp2 file look for its "parent" line.

prop your_prop:1
{
name Your Prop
yarda
yarda
yarda
........

parent AnotherActor:1

Change to:-

prop your_prop:1
{
name Your Prop
yarda
yarda
yarda
........

smartparent AnotherActor:1

Hope that helps.
