The site never redirected to paypal for me to pay this. I had to do it manually.  Also my Gift Cert Code never applied to the order. So, the manual payment was for the full amount due

This order has been marked as paid.

As far as your gift certificate, it did apply to your order and I have issued a credit back to your paypal account for the difference.
