I had to reinstall my Windows and while reinstalling my software when I got to software I purchased here I didn't have the serial. I went to my sitemail and the serial that was sent to me was removed. I swore I archived it but it wasn't there also. I notice that with recent software purchases the serial is with the download links unfortunately for me I placed this order in 2008 and there is no serial number with the order. I contacted the vendor and he responded fast and said it should be with the download link. I emailed back explaining to him it isn't and that was the 26th of this month and I haven't heard back from him nor was the reply back read.

Ummm, I have yet to get a response back. Do you think once this is resolved that the serial number can be attached to my order, if possible. So I don't have to go through this.

I sent Mark an email earlier today and he just responded back to me saying he took care of this so I'm hoping that means you got what you needed. Let me know

Just for future reference on sitemails, we had posted a message to members a year or so ago that we put in an automated system to purge any sitemails after 365 days  so be sure you save any important ones you need on your computer or back up.

 

Also we now do list serial numbers on the order but we can't go back on old orders and put them there unfortunately.
