Subject: Download limit exceeded with just one try

Got a little problem with Order number 111932977, trying to download both purchases.

Weiia Legacy worked fine, second item Miraossa did start but then the browser did hang up and i had to shut it down, now when i try to download it i get "Download limits exceeded"

Could you reset the download limits for this order?

I've reset your downloads so you can try again.  Please be sure to disable any download managers/accelerators that you might have running, as they don't work with our system.
