I'm not completely sure but I suspect the color math node would be the way to go, possibly the HSV node as well.
Sorry I can't be more helpful than that :)

Renderosity forum reply notifications are wonky. If I read a follow-up in a thread, but I don't myself reply, then notifications no longer happen AT ALL on that thread. So if I seem to be ignoring a question, that's why. (Updated September 23, 2019)

I want to add these links to the Wiki. Are they useful in all versions of Node-Using Poser, or is there a specific "From this version forward" I should post as a caveat?

/nod My goal is to have a central location for all knowledgy goodness. Because, seriously, even if our search engine were amazingfantasticawesome, it'd still be hard to find everything :/

Right? Like, a conversation about too-pink cheeks will evolve into a full-fledged skin shader tutorial, with no one using the words "Skin Shader Tutorial", so searching for it won't turn it up.

All - it's simple color math that is identical since Poser 5.

> Quote - Rawk. Gonna be added :)Are you aware of the the wiki page at the attached link? Acadia originally made this list as a thread. Then when the wiki came online, I entered all the data in this wiki page and asked others to add new ones here. So far it has not caught on as a community effort.. But I would like it to be the place to keep the links. It is already one of the top viewed wiki pages despite not being up to date. It could be a really great page.

Do you mind if I recompile it into the wiki flow? I may revamp the page or just include it in a list on the Frequently Asked page.

Also, THANK YOU for including off-site links. Not all knowledge will ever be found here, period. But it's nice to have a comprehensive list.

I'm wondering if there's a good way to change the color of a texture map in the material room, for rendering. Changing the texture map itself every time I want a color variation is time consuming, and also takes up a lot of space especially if I do quite a few variations.
I am not a super expert in the material room, but I know the basics, and some of the advanced nodes. I do know that just changing the diffuse color is not a good idea, since it just seems to create an overlay of the color chosen (which can look good for certain things)
Let's say I have a texture image map with mostly blue and cyan shades in it, and I want to take it more towards the purple spectrum. Is this possible using any of the nodes?
Any insight in the matter would be appreciated. :)
