My name's Pat.  i'd like to join your forum but i need your help on two things.  First,  vocabulary,  would you happen to know of a good french-english dictionary.  Second,  i've been having trouble typing french.  How do i type the cidillas and accents?

I really don't trust those on the fly translator... They haven't learned how to pick up the nusance of the English language to fully translate it into other languages and vice versa. It helps if you knew some semblance of the basics of the other languages. I am familiar with French and Spanish because of my family's cultural and languages background and could easily see where the translator is taking my polite English and translate it into rude Spanish or French.
